Shia mourners take out Muharram procession in Panner Tral

Tral: A mourning procession,
commemorating the sacrifice of Imam Hussain (RA) and his companions in Karbala, were taken out by Shia Muslims in Panner Jagir village of Tral sub district on Friday afternoon, 10th day of Muharram.

On that occasion, besides all the facilities including Health , PDD, and PHE, Police personnel headed by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tral, Aijaz Ahmad, were also present.

Security personnel accompanied mourners procession, which passed through the streets of Paner Jagir village, in which hundrends of mourners from the Shia community clad in black clothes took part.

Large number of Sunni Muslims also watched the procession, while some were seen guarding it and some serving water to them.
