Kishtwar, Jan 29:  A team from Pakistan is today visited early morning to the sites of the Pakal Dul Dam at village Dangdooran some 45 kms away from headquarter Kishtwar which is a proposed concrete-face rock-fill dam on the Marusadar River, a tributary of the Chenab River , in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir .
A general tour of inspection of permanent Indus Commission to Chenab Basin in this state which comprises the delegates including Syed Muhammad Mehar Ali Shah (Pakistan Commissioner for Indus Waters),, PK Saxena (Indian Commsioner for Indus Waters, AK Agrawal (Senior Joint Commissioner, Rajveer Singh (Deputy Commissioner, Yoki Vijay, CWC and Advisor and Advisor nominated by Government of India.
The inspection of hydropower project — 1,000 MW Pakal Dul for which the Dam is under construction.
