Suspected militants lob grenade in Pulwama

Srinagar, January 18: The suspected militants on Friday evening lobbed a grenade towards police station Kakpora in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

Officials told KNO that a grenade was lobbed towards police station Kakpora in this evening. However, they said that no loss of life or any injury was reported.

Meanwhile, they added the area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers. Notably, it is the third grenade attack since this afternoon and fourth from yesterday.

In this afternoon, grenade attack took place in Srinagar’s Lal Chowk and South Kashmir’s Shopian district. On Thursday, a grenade was lobbed towards police party in Raj Bagh which left three cops including an ASI injured.
