Srinagar, Feb 19: Bharat sanchar Nigam limited subscribers in Kashmir facing the tough time due to the weak internet and Tele-communication service in major parts of the valley .The business Establishments ,offices and media organisations had opted the BSNL hoping for the better service but are unable to make calls and also there is a erratic Internet service
The reports are coming from the different parts of the valley complaining about the poor quality of the service . The residents of the Raj Bagh area of the summer capital Srinagar talking to KNB said that despite the repeated complaints regarding the poor service . There has been no response from the service provider . concerned authorities are least interested in solving the problems of subscribers . The BSNl staff is neglecting their duties despite urgent calls being made by the subscribers. This is seriously hampering our work.
On contacting the General manager BSNL Mufti Musharif said ” The problem usually occurs due to the tilting and optimization of the towers , and in some specific cases but otherwise there are no such issues in generally,
He added that they should contact us so the issue can be sorted.
