TRAL, MARCH 21: Keeping with the green spirit, a tree plantation rally was taken out by Hamdard Grammar School in Tral area of South Kashmir on Thursday, to espouse environmental causes.
With the slogan ‘Go green with Hamdard’, the 10 km rally was started from the school campus with large number of school kids chanting environmental slogans inside the school vehicles.
The rally after travelling through different areas of Tral including Nahir, Khasipora, Shaldraman, Monghama, Diver, Tral & Bajwani, concluded back at School campus.
The students who were the part of that rally along with placards and balloons, have said that, they committed to conserve the environment and added that plantation drives shall be continued in Tral particularly in the educational institutions.
The members of school management including teachers were also present on that occasion.
