TRAL, MARCH 13: Schools in Tral re-opened on Wednesday after remaining closed for three months for winter vacations.
Just like other schools of valley, the schools in Tral sub division were closed in December last year for winter vacations and were scheduled to reopen on March 11.
However, keeping in view the shutdown, following gunfight at Pinglish village of Tral, which claimed the lives of two JeM militants including a top commander, the schools couldn’t open on Monday and Tuesday.
As the schools re-open in the area, movement of school kids were seen in nook and corner, with smiles on their faces, wearing colorful uniforms.
Some were seen waiting for school buses on their gates and bus stops having lunch boxes in their hands.
The movement of school buses of different educational institutions were also witnessed in almost all the places of Tral, which kept on carrying the kids towards their respective schools.
Later on, school students were welcomed warmly by the school administrations amid colorful morning assemblies.
Meanwhile, Tral sub district also reopened after two days shutdown against the killing of two JeM militants including a top commander.
All the shops and other establishments opened while as traffic is on the roads.
