One of the residents, Irshad Ahmad Mir told KNO that they approached the department many of the times but they ‘do not care’. “We hit the streets twice and demanded the PDD department to take a required action, but nothing came out fruitful,” Mir told KNO.

“We approached the officials for its repair but the concerned Junior Engineer misbehaved with the people,” they told KNO.  “You are uneducated and uncivilized folk and you know nothing,” they were allegedly told by Junior Engineer to KNO.
