Srinagar, April 2: Socio political activist Inam Un Nabi during his visit to Eidgah areas met scores of Heads of Mohalla Committees and discussed in detail bases their burning issues.
Eidgah being hub of artisans, Inam called on artisan heads and discussed issues of artisans. Inam lamented the fact way in which government has neglected the golden art of our artisans and not had a policy to revive it.
Inam stated that Eidgah is heart of Downtown area and facing scores of problems especially with reference to non availability of basic facilities.
Inam urged government to concentrate on the people of Shahr-e-Khass. On the occasion he also urged people to provide all sorts of assistance to Artisan people to revive it. Inam vowed to take issues faced by Sher e Khaas on every platform.
Others who spoke on occasion includes renowned social activist Umar Wani, who also highlighted the problems facing the people of Eidgah constituency.
