Two army personnel injured in Kulgam militant attack

Srinagar, April 17: Two army personnel were injured after a vehicle they were :travelling fired upon by suspected militants at Khudwani area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam on Wednesday on late evening.

A police officer told GNS that militants fired upon a private vehicle carrying army men of intelligence wing at Khudwani area. In the attack two armymen suffered injuries and where taken to military hospital for treatment where their condition is said to be stable.

Soon after the attack, the government forces launched searches in the area to nab the attackers.
