Accuses NC & PDP of crying conspiracy to hide their failures.
Dozens including prominent PDP workers joined AIP at Baramulla
Baramulla, 30 June: Reiterating that AIP represents true aspirations of masses, AIP president Er. Rasheed has warned New Delhi of its misadventures and making J,K a battlefield for India’s national politics. While visiting various places of Tangmarg, Sangrama & Baramulla constituencies, Er. Rasheed said that AIP is representing neither New Delhi nor Islamabad but represents the voice of voiceless, deprived & those who have been taken for granted since 1947. Welcoming former PDP leader Haji Ghulam Rasool Mir & dozens others into AIP at a function at Delina Baramulla, Er. Rasheed said “Doors of AIP are always open for those who sincerely believe in finding an everlasting resolution to Kashmir dispute in accordance with the wishes and sacrifices of people of J&K and in its historic perspective. The way BJP is projecting Kashmiris as enemies of India and agents of Pakistan is condemnable. Every single statement being made by BJP leadership, Union Ministers and the Governor of J&K adds salt to the injuries of Kashmiris. Kashmiri’s can’t forget the sufferings they faced over past 30 years & using strong paid media to mislead Indian youth will take New Delhi nowhere”. Er. Rasheed added that it is due to huge blunders of NC & PDP that Kashmiri’s are feeling like strangers in their own mother land. He said “Not only that NC & PDP have sold out their conscience to get power but the hollow slogans of autonomy and self-rule have embolden New Delhi to pass the buck and negate the historical facts. These parties from time to time served like concubines of BJP & Congress and when someone raises genuine questions or tires to give a credible political alternative they cry conspiracy”. Er. Rasheed appealed masses to understand the seriousness of issues and the situation and said that strengthening AIP & People’s United Front is strengthening the real interests of people of J&K. Besides others party leader’s Malik Tariq Rashd Lone Ajaz & Mohd Rafiq Bhat also addressed the gatherings.
