Srinagar, June 27: Socio Political activist and TV debater Inam Un Nabi has expressed his utmost grief our deadly traffic accident near Pir Ki Gali.
At least eleven people are feared dead, While seven others injured after a vehicle they were traveling in fell into a deep gorge near Peer Ki Gali in Shopian district.
Inam Un Nabi observed :” I am shocked by the reports that 15 people from a computer institute from Surankote area of Poonch were traveling in a tempo for an excursion. However, the vehicle fell into a deep gorge near Peer Ki Gali, this has caused death and injury. This accident of deadly nature once again proves the torn nature of our roads. I urge for appropriate compensation in favour of dead and injured. Nothing can bring those who lost their lives back. We need to have a compact policy on improving the condition of our roads in shambles. “
Inam Un Nabi urged Honorable Governor SatyaPal Malik to take a strong note of the worst condition of roads causing unfortunate deaths and injuries.
