Srinagar, July 25: Parts of Kashmir especially Central Kashmir were hit by a heavy downpour this morning which continued till afternoon hours.
Srinagar recorded a maximum of 24.6 degress Celsius & 36.7mm rains said Kashmir Weather.
He said, Pahalgam recorded a maximum of 20.8 degrees Celsius & rains equivalent to 6.8mm.
Kokernag, Kupwara & Qazigund recorded a high of 22.8, 24.9 & 22.8 degrees Celsius & 6.1mm, 17.2mm & 7.2mm rains respectively.
Gulmarg recorded rains equivalent to 25.2mm & day maximum at 17 degrees Celsius, said he.
Kashmir Weather has forecasted for more heavy rains till 28th July with chance of flash floods over few places.
The activity will be less tonight while as, it may peak during tomorrow evening or night which will continue till 27th July.
