MIE team beat Gousia XI in Akura Premier League

Anantnag: In an interesting cricket match of APL played at Akura cricket ground in Anantnag, MIE team beat Gousia eleven on Sunday.

As per the official details, Gowsia team had won the toss and elected to bat first.

However, their decision of batting first proved futile as they made only 139 runs and lost all the 10 wickets.

Chasing the target of 140 runs, MIE team’s efforts bring fruitful results as they chased the target in only 16 overs and won the game by 05 wickets.

Shabir Ahmad Khanday of MIE team was declared man of the match for his brilliant performance as he made 47 runs in twenty balls & took 02 wickets in three overs.
