Miscreants put lives of Kralgund residents into risk; places cow dung, other waste on roadside

Srinagar, Mar 30: Miscreants in north Kashmiri’s Panditpora Kralgund area have made roads polluted while putting heaps of garbage and cow dung on it. Locals appealed authorities to identify the elements and take action as per law against them.

According to Kashmir News Service (KNS), at a time when authorities are engaged in making Kashmir free from COVID-19 pandemic and using all its efforts to sanitize each area, some miscreants are leaving no stone unturned in north Kashmir’s Kralgund area to invite diseases.

As per locals some miscreants are putting heaps of garbage and other waste material on roadside posing threat to community amid COVID-19 pandemic.

They said around two-kilometers, miscreants have put the cow dung and other waste material on the road side which caused stench in the entire area.

They also said that locals repeatedly conveyed the matter to concern authorities for bringing the miscreants into law but no action was taken so far and as such these elements were given free hand to make the entire community suffer.

They appealed administration to identify such elements and take strict action as per law against them without any concession
