Our photos shared on Social Sites To Malign our great image: Locals
Baramulla, June 6: A local residents of Hajiwera Pattan village of Baramulla in northern Kashmir on Saturday said that they were mistakenly joined with the BJP party in Pattan and also photo’s were made viral showing that we have joined BJP which is completely false.
Local inhibitants of Hanjiwera Pattan village on Friday were cheated by a local BJP man at Pattan village.
“On Friday early morning we went their to readdress our problems as we went there we saw BJP banners all sides“, “They took our photos and were shown in the evening that we have joined BJP”.
We were not knowing that we will be made to join BJP and later our photos will be shared on Facebook like social media sites to damage our personality.
It came quite shocking for us when we saw our photos being made viral and shown our allegiance with the BJP party.
“We neither know this party nor we have any affiliation with anyone. It is only to malign our great image which took us years to made,” said Posha Begum, a local women of the area.
“I Posha Bano and bilal ahmad lone here today announced that we mistakenly joined BJP Friday morning in presence of Dr Ali Mohammad,but latter we ashamed of ourselves and have regret why often we go their,” they said.
Although We are not sarpanchs and we apologized in front of our people of Valley especially Pattan Tehsil of Baramulla District.
We are publicly announcing we don’t have any affiliation with any political or non-political organization. We have went there only to display our local issues but we were not knowing that it will ruin our life and there will be shown our affiliation with the BJP.
We through the media publication categorically appeal that we have resigned from BJP and it is impossible that we will fall in their trap.
“Even at home we have been never voting any political party because of our ideological differences with these parties. It came as a shocker yesterday when they shared our photos on Facebook,” said Bilal Ahmad whose photos were also shared on Facebook.
“Soon after we saw our photos being made viral we resigned through various mediums, pleaded every body that we have no connections with any party,” said Posha bano who was visibly angry against the local BJP workers who shared their photos.
They said, “it was a mistake that we went to their party but now we apologize and seek public forgiveness to our mistake of going to their party,”.
