Mir Junaid extends greetings on the eve of Eid-ul-Adha

Srinagar, Aug 13: The Jammu and Kashmir Workers Party President Mir Junaid
demanded an impartial enquiry in the alleged fake encounter case that is being
investigated into by the Indian army currently.
He said that Jammu and Kashmir has entered into a new era of transparency and honest administration. At this moment, the emergence of such news is verydiscouraging. He added that it is time to act and act swiftly and transparently and
punish the people involved if found guilty.
He also extended his sympathy and solidarity with the families from Rajouri who are looking for their missing family members. He also demanded that a separate search team be constituted to look for the missing persons in case they were not killed in the controversial encounter.
Mir Junaid also said that today whole world has eyeballs on Jammu and Kashmir and this news about the fake encounter if left unresolved shall be a big
embarrassment for the whole country globally. He also that it is a time when
nothing can remain hidden and if some black sheep exist in the defense forces, then they need to be identified and punished for their crimes.
Mir Junaid also appealed to the people that they should not reach the conclusions
until the enquiry is completed and asked them to wait for the justice to be
delivered. Mir Junaid also said that anti terror operations should not take a hit due
to this incident but nothing should be kept hidden from the public when such
operations are executed.
