Continuing it’s fight against Voilence to Women

SAKHI Bandipora again conducts Awareness cum Orientation Programme at SK Payeen of Block Hajin District Bandipora

Bandipora: September 26: Awareness Cum Orientation Programm titled “More Silence More Violence” for women of Tehsil Sonawari of District Bandipora was organised today by Sakhi- One Stop Centre,Bandipora. A large number of gathering including ICDS Supervisors, AWW,Helpers, Ftontline Workers, PRI’s and local women folk from various adjacent areas participated in the said programme.
It was highlighted that services from Psycho-Social Counselling to Police Assistance , Legal Services to Short Stay Shelters, Medical Facility to Emergency Responses and all women related support facilities are being provided free of cost at OSC Bandipora.

The event was highly appreciated by all the participants and frontline workers and they extend the their gratitude to District Administration, Bandipora and the concerned ministry for establishing such a wonderful support centre for women.
