Social Activist Peer Tehleel from Kashmir receives Second time Record of Achievement from WHO

Srinagar, Nov 24: Peer Tehleel Manzoor who is a Social and Human Rights Activist from Kashmir capital Srinagar has received second time Award from World Health Organization which is a specialized agency of the United Nations responsible for international public health.

Peer Tehleel Manzoor received ‘Record of Achievement’ for communicating effectively during disease outbreaks and health emergencies (Communication Essentials for Member States).

Earlier Peer Tehleel Manzoor received ‘Record of Achievement’ for (Operational Planning Guidelines and Scaling upcountry preparedness and response to Covid-19).
