Bandipora, Jan 28: Joint Forces Thursday claimed to have arrested two weeks old militant.
The militant who has been identified as Imtiyaz Ahmad of Panzigam village of North Kashmir’s Bandipora district had allegedly joined Jaish-e-Muhammad militant organization 14 days ago, police said.
A police official told KNT that a pistol, 10 bullets and 5 grenades were recovered from the possession of apprehended militant.
He said a formal case in this regard has been registered and investigation has been started.
